Death Inc. by Charles H. Raymond has been on my list of titles to catch-up on for a while and after last year’s Thought Bubble I fixed that by picking up all three volumes.
Card Shark Comics have already impressed enough people with titles like Bust & Vessels but their newest release Killtopia has an amazing buzz and expectation around it. Up steps the writer/artist combo of Dave Cook & Craig Paton and with the initial glimpse at the style & feel of the book……it looks like they could well exceed everyone’s hopes in hitting new heights in the indie comic world. What better time to fire some questions their way??
Writer Andy Hutchinson & artist Marc Robinson team up to bring us the first issue of their comic Hamflask and that cover alone is enough of an indication of how good this could be.
Writers Ben Errington & Luke Kondor smashed their creative heads together to bring us the first comic released through Hawk & Cleaver in the shape of a post-apocalyptic, sci-fi epic (with a hint of wrestling) El Marvo.
Creator/writer/artist Martin Flink already impressed with his previous books The Man of Glass & The Troll and later this month he’ll attend his first UK convention as he debuts his newest Accent UK release at the Thought Bubble event in Leeds……..so what better time to catch-up with Martin for some questions??
Madius Comics are set to release their new all-ages book Bun later this month and getting hold of the 11-page short was enough of a taster to have me intrigued.
