Deer Editor #1-3

Another recent Kickstarter discovery for me was the first three issues of Deer Editor from writer Ryan K Lindsay & artist Sami Kivelä and it follows Bucky, the editor of a crime beat called ‘The Truth’……..who just happens to be a deer.

After a phenomenal run on Merrick The Sensational Elephantman (#1,#2,#3 & #4) the creative team of Tom Ward, Luke Parker & Nic J. Shaw returned for a one-shot set in the same universe and focusing on Merrick’s friend with a motive, Dr Treves.

Every now and again I seem to stumble across a Kickstarter campaign that I love the look of without knowing much about it and while they mainly turn out to be good there’s a select few that prove to be much more of a revelation.
