Monday saw the start of the Thought Bubble Comic Art Festival (TB or Tbubs to the regulars) and it’s week-long run of workshops, exhibits & screenings culminates in this weekend’s Comic Con……and the hype train had left the station months ago.

Stjepan Šejić’s Sunstone is a comic that’s impressed from the first panel of the first page so it’s with a mixed sense of high and low that it all comes to an end with this fifth book.

Jupiter’s Legacy already kicked off with an impressive first volume and to follow that up with an even more impressive start to volume 2 was a showcase for the Millar/Quitely creative team.

Having already wowed me with the previous three volumes of Sunstone it’s creator Stjepan Šejić aims to bring us deeper into Ally & Lisa’s world as a blossoming relationship outside of their shared BDSM interests brings with it some typical complications.
This is it…..this is the final issue of Limbo by Dan Watters & Caspar Wijngaard and after five issues of voodoo-filled neon noir action it all comes down to this for our amnesiac Detective Clay.
