Last Driver from Dead Canary Comics hit Kickstarter near the end of the year and it smashed through its goal and for good reason.
It introduced us to Frank Sudden as writer Christopher Baker & artist Shaky Kane went full-throttle to bring us a no-nonsense man in the familiar mould of those action movie heroes we all know, love and watch a million times. His easy-living is rattled by some pesky enemies along the way as monsters, maniacs & dinosaurs seem to just get in his way…..but nothing gets in his way for long. Gloriously over-the-top but paced perfectly to make sure it’s laughs hit true and the action is big & bold. Loved from the first page.
